Privacy Policy
Effective and last reviewed: July 26, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how legal.yuocool.com (the “Site,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles information when you read the Site, submit the contact form or interact with advertising and other third-party services. This policy is written for transparency and is not a substitute for rights provided by applicable law.
Information we may collect
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, we may receive the name, email address, subject, message and any other information you choose to include. Please do not send medical records, government identifiers, passwords, payment-card data or other sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.
Technical and usage information
The Site, its hosting provider, security tools, analytics providers or advertising partners may automatically receive information such as:
- IP address and approximate location derived from it;
- browser, operating system, device type and language;
- requested URL, referring page, date, time and response status;
- cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers or similar device identifiers;
- pages viewed, links used and general interaction or performance information; and
- information used to detect spam, fraud, abuse, invalid traffic or security incidents.
How we use information
We may use information to operate and secure the Site, deliver requested pages, respond to messages, investigate corrections or rights requests, diagnose performance problems, prevent spam or abuse, comply with law, maintain records and understand general Site use. Advertising partners may use information for ad delivery, measurement, frequency control, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalization.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. The Site and third parties may also use web beacons, pixels, local storage, IP addresses and device or advertising identifiers. These technologies may be used for essential operation, preferences, measurement, security, advertising and fraud prevention.
You can delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking cookies may affect Site features. Browser controls do not necessarily remove information already received by a third party.
Google advertising disclosure
The Site may use Google AdSense or related Google advertising services. In connection with those services:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this Site or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this Site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Google and other advertising parties may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, device identifiers and similar technologies for ad delivery, measurement, reporting, frequency control and invalid-traffic detection.
- Depending on consent, account and ad settings, ads may be personalized using previously collected or historical information, such as prior searches, visits to sites or apps, general location or demographic information.
- Other third-party vendors or ad networks may also use cookies or similar technologies when their ads or services are eligible to appear.
You can manage or opt out of personalized ads from Google through Google My Ad Center / Ads Settings. You may also review how Google uses information in advertising and Google’s Privacy Policy. Opting out of personalization does not necessarily stop all ads; non-personalized or contextual ads may still be shown, and limited cookies or identifiers may still be used for functions such as frequency capping, aggregated reporting, security and invalid-traffic detection where permitted.
Cookie consent and withdrawal
Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential cookies or personalized advertising, the Site should request that consent through a cookie or privacy interface before the relevant processing. When a consent interface is shown, use its settings control to accept, reject or change choices. You may also withdraw consent by reopening the privacy or cookie settings link provided by that interface, if available.
You can additionally block or delete cookies in your browser and change Google personalization in Ads Settings. If no Site-level consent control is visible in a region where you believe one is required, please notify us through the Contact page. Browser deletion is not a substitute for every legal withdrawal mechanism; the publisher must configure the appropriate consent platform for the regions served.
Contact form and spam prevention
Contact-form submissions may be processed by WordPress, the Forminator form plugin, hosting or email-delivery services and anti-spam or security providers. We use the submission to respond, evaluate the request, keep necessary correspondence and protect the Site. Do not use the form for emergencies or confidential professional advice.
Third-party links and embedded services
Articles link to government agencies, credentialing bodies and other third parties. A link does not cause their privacy policy to become ours. When you follow a link or interact with an embedded service, the third party may collect information under its own policy. Review that policy before submitting information.
Legal bases where applicable
Depending on your location and the activity, processing may be based on consent, performance of a requested service, legitimate interests such as Site security and responding to messages, or compliance with a legal obligation. Advertising processing may be subject to separate consent and regional settings.
How information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that host, secure, maintain or deliver the Site; form and email providers; analytics or advertising providers; professional advisers; authorities when required by law; or a successor involved in a legitimate reorganization or transfer. Providers may process information only for their services and under their own legal obligations and contracts. We do not claim that every advertising data flow is a “sale” or “not a sale” for every jurisdiction; applicable definitions and rights vary.
Retention
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including responding to a request, maintaining correction or rights-request records, preventing abuse, meeting legal obligations and resolving disputes. Server and security logs may use shorter operational periods; important correspondence may be retained longer when necessary. Third parties set their own retention periods, described in their policies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to a small publication, but no website, transmission or storage system is guaranteed secure. Limit the information you submit and contact us if you believe a message or account has been misused.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent or information about certain disclosures. Rights may be limited by verification, exceptions and retention duties.
Submit a privacy request through the Contact page. State the right or request, the region that applies and enough information to locate the relevant record. Do not send identity documents unless we explain why they are necessary. We may request proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting information.
You may also:
- manage Google personalized advertising at Ads Settings;
- use browser controls to block or delete cookies;
- avoid the contact form and browse public pages without submitting a message; and
- use any regional privacy control or consent interface displayed on the Site.
Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact us to request review and deletion, subject to applicable law.
International visitors
The Site and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Privacy protections and government-access rules may differ. Where required, the responsible parties must use an appropriate transfer mechanism.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when Site practices, providers or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes should be communicated in a manner appropriate to their impact.
