What this site covers

legal.yuocool.com publishes practical nutrition decision guides for U.S. readers. The current focus is narrow: understanding food labels and nutrition tools, preparing for nutrition care, comparing meal or weight-management services, and asking better questions before spending money or changing a routine.

The site does not operate a clinic, provide treatment, sell insurance or make decisions for readers. It is an independent informational publication.

Our editorial goal

Our goal is to turn a broad consumer question into a usable checklist. A useful article should help a reader identify:

  • which facts can be verified;
  • which details depend on a person, location, health plan or provider;
  • which costs or contract terms are easy to overlook;
  • which limitations make a comparison incomplete; and
  • when professional advice is more appropriate than a general guide.

We avoid “best for everyone,” guaranteed outcomes, miracle claims and unsupported precision. Health-related articles include a clear disclaimer and direct readers to qualified care when individual assessment is needed.

How articles are made

Articles begin with a defined reader decision rather than a keyword list. Research prioritizes current primary and authoritative sources, including U.S. government agencies, official program documents, credentialing bodies and professional standards. A product or provider’s own website may be used for its stated price, features or terms, but not as independent proof of quality or effectiveness.

Where an article compares a commercial service, it distinguishes among:

  • official information published by the provider or regulator;
  • independent evidence such as a study or third-party test;
  • editorial judgment based on stated criteria; and
  • unknowns that the available sources do not establish.

We do not claim hands-on testing unless the article describes what was tested, when, by whom and under what limits. The current guides are desk-researched and clearly say so.

AI assistance

AI tools may assist with outlining, organizing notes, identifying questions, grammar and formatting. AI output is not treated as a source. Material claims should be checked against the linked source, and an article must not invent quotations, credentials, testing, experience or image rights. When AI assistance materially affects an article, the article or Editorial Policy explains that use.

Who publishes the site

The site is published by its owner through the WordPress account shown on each article. We do not present the publisher as a doctor, registered dietitian, lawyer, accountant or other licensed professional. If a qualified reviewer contributes in the future, the page will identify that person and credential only after verification and actual review.

Corrections and updates

Each core article displays a reviewed date and a sources-and-method section. Prices, rules, benefits and product terms can change. Readers should confirm time-sensitive details with the responsible provider or agency.

If you find a factual error, broken source, outdated term or unclear disclosure, please use the Contact page. Include the article URL and the specific sentence or table entry. Substantive corrections should be reflected in the article and its review date.

Advertising and commercial relationships

The site may display third-party advertising. Advertising does not determine editorial conclusions and should be visually identified as advertising. An advertisement is not a recommendation or endorsement by the site.

No current core article claims an affiliate relationship or paid placement. If a future article contains an affiliate link, sponsorship, free product or other material commercial relationship, that relationship should be disclosed close to the relevant content.

Images

Images should be original, generated for the site, public domain, CC0 or used under a license that permits the intended use. Source, creator, license, acquisition or generation date and material edits should be recorded in the media description. An attractive image is not used as proof that a product was tested or a service was visited.
