Terms of Use
Effective and last reviewed: July 26, 2026.
These Terms of Use govern access to legal.yuocool.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Informational publication
The Site publishes general consumer information and research-based decision guides, currently focused on practical nutrition questions. The Site does not provide individualized medical, legal, financial, accounting, insurance or other licensed professional services.
Using the Site, following a link or sending a contact-form message does not create a doctor-patient, attorney-client, adviser-client, fiduciary or other professional relationship.
No emergency or professional service
Do not use the Site or contact form for an emergency, diagnosis, treatment decision or time-sensitive professional matter. Contact an appropriate local emergency service or qualified professional. Do not stop medicine, change a therapeutic diet or delay care because of Site content.
Permitted use
You may read, link to and quote brief portions of public Site content for lawful personal, educational or commentary purposes, with accurate attribution and without implying endorsement. You may not:
- copy or republish a substantial article or the Site as a substitute for the original;
- remove notices, disclosures or source context;
- misrepresent Site content as professional advice or a personal test;
- use automated activity that disrupts, overloads or bypasses security controls;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Site, server, forms or accounts;
- introduce malware, spam or unlawful material; or
- use the Site in a way that violates another person’s rights or applicable law.
Accuracy, dates and limitations
We aim to identify sources, review dates and important uncertainties. Information may nevertheless be incomplete, outdated, misunderstood or incorrect. Prices, eligibility rules, provider credentials, product formulas, insurance benefits, laws, guidelines and third-party pages can change without notice.
You are responsible for confirming time-sensitive or individual facts with the original provider, regulator, insurer, licensing board or qualified professional before relying on them. A source link shows where information was checked; it is not a warranty that the linked page will remain available or unchanged.
Commercial comparisons and no testing implication
A product or service comparison may use official provider information, government sources, independent evidence and editorial criteria. Unless an article expressly describes a hands-on method, the article is desk research and should not be understood as a purchase, taste test, clinical test, site visit or personal experience.
Ratings, testimonials and marketing claims are not treated as proof of typical results. No advertisement or third-party link is an endorsement.
Advertising, sponsorships and affiliate links
The Site may display third-party advertising. Ads should be visually distinguished from editorial content. Advertisers may use cookies and related technologies as described in the Privacy Policy.
If the Site uses a sponsored placement, free product, affiliate link or other material commercial relationship, the relationship should be disclosed close to the relevant content. Advertising does not grant an advertiser control over editorial conclusions.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original Site text, organization and site-specific graphics are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, trademarks, quotations, images and source materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used only under the applicable permission, license, public-domain status or legal exception.
If you believe Site material infringes your rights, use the Contact page and provide the material URL, the rights holder, the basis of the claim and a way to respond. We may request additional verification.
User messages and submissions
Do not submit confidential client files, medical records, passwords, payment information, unlawful content or material you lack permission to share. By submitting feedback or a correction, you represent that you may provide it and permit us to review, quote as reasonably needed, verify and use it to correct or improve the Site. This does not transfer ownership of your original material.
We may decline or remove spam, threats, irrelevant requests, unlawful content or material that creates security or rights concerns.
Third-party services and links
The Site links to government agencies, credentialing bodies, commercial providers and other third parties. We do not control their availability, security, content, accessibility, contracts or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that party’s terms and policies.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without a promise that content will be error-free, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure or suitable for a particular purpose. We disclaim warranties that may legally be disclaimed, whether express, implied or statutory.
Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, right or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the Site or a linked service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent the law permits. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Indemnity for misuse
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to be responsible for claims, costs or losses resulting from your unlawful misuse of the Site, violation of these Terms or infringement of another person’s rights. This provision does not apply where prohibited.
Changes and availability
We may correct, update, reorganize, restrict or discontinue Site content or features. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance only to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Governing rules and disputes
Applicable law and the proper forum depend on the parties, location and mandatory consumer protections. These Terms do not choose a jurisdiction that would remove a right you cannot lawfully waive. Before beginning a formal dispute, you may contact us with a concise description so the issue can be reviewed informally.
Severability and entire terms
If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent possible. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Content Disclaimer, form the general terms for use of the Site, without overriding any separate notice that expressly applies to a particular feature.
